ABOUT THE ROLE
Inside sales / lead conversion through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and existing customer data.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming leads from Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
- Respond to customer enquiries quickly and professionally.
- Make calls to existing and previous customer databases.
- Follow up systematically with prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Share catalogues, quotations, product information and other details.
- Handle customer objections, especially around price and competition.
- Convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for order processing.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Work towards improving lead-to-order conversion.

INDUSTRY PREFERENCE / ADVANTAGE
Experience in hardware, furniture, modular kitchen, architectural products or related industries will be an advantage.
COMPENSATION
Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives. Target and incentive figures will be discussed separately.
