Office / On-site (3rd Floor, Speculation InfoTech, Kannan Ravi Tower, near Chatharam Bus Stand, Chinthamani Bazaar, Melachinthamani, buzzer, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu 620002)
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Explain company offerings clearly and confidently
Generate leads and follow up with interested clients
Maintain call records and customer details accurately
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to convince and handle customers politely
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Freshers welcome
0–2 years experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage
