- Identify and generate leads through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Understand client needs and present tailored IT solutions to meet their business objectives
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure that customer complaint is handled with a sense of urgency and good judgment
- Follow up and recover from credit customers
