About Nexcart: Nexcart is a premier electronics re-commerce platform. We manage laptop procurement, store exchanges, and device pickups directly from partner showrooms and clients.
Role Overview: We are looking for a punctual, honest, and reliable Field Collection Executive to handle daily laptop pickups and deliveries across Kolkata. You do not need hardware repair experience—your primary role is to collect pre-evaluated devices, verify basic details, and transport them safely to our central location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail showrooms and customer locations to collect laptops and computer accessories.
- Verify that the physical serial number on the laptop matches the details provided on WhatsApp.
- Take a quick 10-second video showing the laptop turns ON and send it to our team for instant payment approval.
- Collect signed customer ID proof (Aadhaar / PAN copy) and exchange vouchers from the store counter.
- Safely transport all collected hardware back to the central desk in a padded bag.
Requirements
- Must own an Android smartphone with active WhatsApp for real-time updates and field photos.
- Good knowledge of Kolkata city routes and local areas.
- Honest, punctual, and professional when interacting with store managers.
- Freshers and candidates with prior delivery/pickup experience are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
