Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and support the professional development of nursing staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent clinical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate patient care services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day nursing activities and monitor quality of patient care services.
- Oversee shift operations and ensure efficient utilization of nursing resources.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve staff performance and patient care outcomes.
- Coordinate treatment plans and promote customer-focused, cost-effective healthcare services.
- Implement, maintain, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms, conditions, and treatment progress.
- Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation.
- Collect, update, and manage patient information and clinical data.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
- Guide and support nursing staff in clinical procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and regulations.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, doctors, patients, and other employees.
QualificationsEducation
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of Nursing Supervisory experience (Required)
- Total nursing experience of at least 1 year preferred
License & Certification
- Valid Nursing Registration/License (as applicable)
- Driving License (Required/Preferred)

- Strong leadership and team management abilities
