About the Role
We are looking for a writer, not a prompt operator.
You will write across wildly different worlds: a trading explainer in the morning, a mythology deep-dive in the afternoon, a brand story or a product page the next day. The subject changes constantly. What stays constant is voice, research depth, and the ability to make a reader actually finish the piece.
We use AI tools where they help (research shortcuts, outlines, grammar checks). We do not accept AI-generated drafts passed off as writing. If your process is “prompt, paste, lightly edit,” this role will not work for you and you will not enjoy it.
What You’ll Do
- Write long-form and short-form content across categories: finance and trading, mythology and history, technology, lifestyle, health, travel, culture, business, and whatever we take on next.• Adapt tone and register per format: blog posts, scripts, newsletters, landing pages, social copy, thought-leadership bylines, ad copy.• Research from primary sources• Build a piece from a blank page: angle, structure, hook, argument, ending. • Take editorial feedback and rewrite• Deliver on deadline, consistently, at volume.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Native-level command of English • Proven research ability and genuine intellectual curiosity across domains.• Comfort writing in someone else’s voice: brand guidelines, style guides, founder ghostwriting.• Self-editing discipline. • Formal or serious self-directed study in literature, history, classics, religion, or journalism.• Editing or mentoring experience.
Pay: ₹10,145.66 - ₹35,190.30 per month
