IT Manager – Construction Industry
Job Title: IT Manager

Reports To: General Manager / Director / COO
The IT Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, software applications, and technical support across the corporate office and construction/project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, computers, networks, Wi-Fi, printers, and communication systems.
Provide IT support to head office, construction sites, project offices, and site staff.
Manage construction-related software such as ERP, project management, accounting, CAD/BIM and document management systems.
Ensure proper data backup, cybersecurity, antivirus, access control, and disaster recovery.
Manage user accounts, email systems, permissions, and employee IT access.
Coordinate installation and maintenance of CCTV, biometric attendance, access control, and networking equipment at project sites.
Monitor IT equipment and maintain proper IT asset inventory.
Coordinate with vendors, software providers, internet service providers, and IT contractors.
Ensure smooth connectivity between project sites and the corporate office.
Implement IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Prepare and manage the IT budget, procurement, and vendor contracts.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and applicable data-security.
10 to 12 years experience is Must.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
