- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs
- Document all call details in CRM systems
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
