Job Role
The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing the administrative functions of the corporate office and all four manufacturing plants. The role includes effective supervision of housekeeping, office boys, drivers, guest house, canteen, and other administrative activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
Job Description
1. Housekeeping & Office Maintenance
· Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises at HO and all plant locations.
· Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily/weekly cleaning schedules.
· Monitor maintenance of office equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
2. Office Boy & Driver Management
· Allocate and monitor daily tasks of office boys for timely service delivery.
· Manage driver duty schedules, vehicle usage logs, and upkeep of company vehicles.
· Ensure compliance with traffic and vehicle safety norms.
3. Canteen Management
· Supervise canteen operations at HO and plants to ensure hygiene, quality, and timely service.
· Liaise with canteen contractors for menu planning, pricing, and service standards.
· Address employee feedback and implement improvements.
4. General Administration
· Monitor administrative activities for all four plants from HO.
· Liaise with plant admin representatives for day-to-day requirements and issue resolution.
· Maintain vendor relationships for admin services (housekeeping, canteen, transport, etc.).
· Manage admin-related procurement, stock, and payments in coordination with accounts.
5. Transport Management
· Plan and monitor employee transportation arrangements for all plants.
· Coordinate with transport vendors for timely and safe commuting services.
· Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel expenses, route allocations and permission.
· Ensure all vehicles comply with statutory requirements (insurance, PUC, fitness).
6. Labour Colony Management (All Plants)
· Plan, establish, and maintain labour colony facilities for contract and project workers.
· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for worker welfare (water, sanitation, lighting, safety).
· Oversee housekeeping, security, and maintenance services within the colony.
· Coordinate with contractors for timely allocation of rooms and maintenance of occupancy records.
· Conduct periodic inspections to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.
· Address worker grievances related to accommodation promptly.
7. Leadership & Coordination Responsibilities
· Ensure all admin staff are trained, disciplined, and motivated for optimum performance.
· Act as the central point of contact for admin-related matters between HO and plants.
Desired Competencies

· MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Knowledge of vendor management, housekeeping standards, and facility management
· Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and canteen hygiene standards

Education & Experience
Educational Qualification:
· Graduate in any discipline Industry
Experience:
· 5 to 10 years of progressive admin experience
· Must have handled multi-location manufacturing setups
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
