Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Identify potential clients for website development, eCommerce, graphic design, video production, and digital solutions.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotations.
Client Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Gather project requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Provide regular project updates and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with graphic designers, developers, video editors, and other team members.
- Track project progress and follow up on deadlines.
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of websites, digital marketing, Shopify, WordPress, or related digital services.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred
- Experience in a digital agency, IT company, web development company, or marketing agency.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
