Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Injection Ampoule Filling & Sealing Foremen to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ampoule filling and sealing operations, machine handling, production supervision, and compliance with GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily ampoule filling and sealing production activities.
- Operate and monitor ampoule filling and sealing machines.
- Ensure production targets are achieved without compromising quality.
- Maintain GMP, SOP, and safety compliance throughout the production process.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
- Verify product quality during production and minimize rejection rates.
- Train and guide production operators on standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate production and batch records.
- Ensure proper cleaning and line clearance before and after production.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and Production departments for smooth operations.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical injection ampoule filling and sealing.
- Good knowledge of GMP, SOP, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
- Experience in operating and troubleshooting ampoule filling equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in a sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing facility will be an advantage.
