Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic, self-driven Area Sales Manager to develop business across Hyderabad and surrounding industrial regions. The role involves identifying industries that use industrial electronic equipment, meeting maintenance and engineering teams, understanding their repair requirements, and generating repair business for Synchronics.
This is a field sales role requiring extensive customer visits and relationship building.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate new repair business from industrial customers.
- Identify potential customers requiring industrial electronics repair services.
- Build relationships with Maintenance Heads, Plant Heads, Purchase Managers, Instrumentation Engineers, Automation Engineers, Electrical Heads and Factory Managers.
- Conduct regular factory visits.
- Present Synchronics' repair capabilities.
- Promote repair as a cost-effective alternative to replacement.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Increase repeat business.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate technical discussions between customers and Synchronics engineers.
Sales Activities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare visit plans.
- Maintain CRM records.
- Submit daily visit reports.
- Follow up on quotations.
- Convert pending quotations into confirmed orders.
- Identify new opportunities within existing customers.

Develop business across industries including:

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation) preferred.
- MBA Marketing is an added advantage.
- Other graduates with relevant industrial sales experience may also apply.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years in Industrial B2B Sales.
- Experience selling to manufacturing industries.
- Existing network in Hyderabad industries preferred.
- Experience in industrial automation, electrical products, instrumentation, maintenance services, or industrial repairs is highly desirable.
