Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Thane. As a Full Stack Developer (MERN), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications using modern technologies. You will work on both frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing user-facing features, building robust backend APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing applications for speed and scalability. You will also participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of development processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in full stack development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, frontend frameworks, and backend development
- Experience in building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services
- Understanding of database design and management (MongoDB or similar)
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Good to have:
- Experience with Flutter development
- Familiarity with cloud technologies
- Experience working in agile development environments
