We’re Hiring: Team Leader – Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly vehicle sales targets
- Monitor team performance and guide sales consultants to improve conversions
- Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high CSI standards
- Plan and implement sales strategies and promotional activities
- Support the team in handling key customers and closing deals
- Maintain daily and monthly sales MIS reports
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and accessories teams for smooth delivery process
- Ensure proper follow-up of enquiries, test drives, and bookings
- Train and motivate team members to achieve dealership goals
- Ensure compliance with Toyota processes, policies, and sales standards
Eligibility:
- Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in automobile sales (with team handling experience)
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to drive sales targets and manage a team effectively
- Basic computer knowledge (DMS, CRM, MS Office)
