Satrang Play School is looking for a caring, energetic, and creative Preschool / Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and capable of creating a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities.
- Teach foundational concepts through play-based learning.
- Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent meetings.
Requirements
- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or B.Ed. qualification required
- 1–2 years of teaching experience in Preschool, Nursery, KG, or Kindergarten.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and child-friendly personality.
Preferred Skills
- Creative teaching methods and activity planning.
- Storytelling, phonics, rhymes, and classroom engagement.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
Education
- NTT (Required)
- B.Ed. (Preferred)
- Experience
- Kindergarten / Preschool Teaching: 1–2 years (Preferred)
