About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations along with administrative responsibilities of the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee engagement, office administration and coordination across teams to ensure smooth business operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and internal databases.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll inputs, HR reports, recruitment trackers and MIS reporting.
- Support employee engagement activities and address employee queries.
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities including vendor coordination, office supplies and facility management.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, IT and other support teams for smooth office operations.
- Maintain office assets, stationery inventory and administrative records.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, events and employee activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Prepare MOM’s and share progress or update reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment and Administration.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment coordination and employee management.
- Basic understanding of payroll support, attendance management and HR processes.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks and vendor coordination efficiently.
- Familiarity with MS Office, HRMS tools and recruitment portals.
Skills Preference:
- Experience in HR operations and office administration.
- Knowledge of payroll support, attendance and leave management.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and recruitment portals.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in employee engagement and workplace administration.
