Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing the entire employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for scaling our recruitment efforts, ensuring labor law compliance, and fostering a productive organizational culture. We are looking for a leader who can join us immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, administrative, and managerial roles across multiple regions.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure strict adherence to Indian Labor Laws, POSH standards, and organizational policies.
- Performance Management: Drive the annual appraisal process, including KPI setting and performance reviews for all departments.
- Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and oversee the execution of soft skills and technical training programs.
- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll administration, variable salary components, and employee benefit programs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of total experience in Human Resources.
- Management Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience specifically in a Managerial or Head of HR role.
- Education: MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate degree.
- Skills: * In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and Advanced Excel.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.
- Joining: Preference will be given to Immediate Joiners.
