Role Overview
The Service Advisor acts as the link between customers and the service team, ensuring smooth service operations, accurate job understanding, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction
- Greet customers and understand vehicle issues or service requirements
- Clearly explain service processes, timelines, and estimated costs
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships
2. Job Card Management
- Prepare detailed job cards with customer complaints and service details
- Ensure proper documentation before handing over the vehicle to technicians
- Update job status regularly
3. Service Coordination
- Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of work
- Monitor service progress and ensure quality standards
- Prioritize urgent jobs and manage workload efficiently
4. Cost Estimation & Approvals
- Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs and servicing
- Get customer approval before starting additional work
- Explain parts replacement and charges transparently
5. Delivery & Billing
- Ensure vehicle is serviced as per customer request
- Explain work done and charges at the time of delivery
- Coordinate with billing/accounts team
6. Customer Satisfaction & Follow-up
- Handle customer complaints and escalations
- Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction
- Encourage repeat visits and service reminders
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
