The Role
We are hiring this role on behalf of one of our clients.
We're hiring our first SDR. You won't have a script. You'll have a clear ICP, a strong product, and a founder who'll sit with you on calls. Your job is to generate qualified pipeline — research accounts, write outreach that gets replies, handle objections, and book discovery calls for the senior team.
This is not a "send 200 emails a day" role. Quality over volume. We care about how you think, not just how many touches you make.
What You'll Do
- Define and refine our Ideal Customer Profile — who to target and why
- Research accounts using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, news, and hiring signals
- Write cold outreach (email + LinkedIn) that's personalized, not templated
- Handle first-level objections and qualify prospects before booking calls
- Maintain clean CRM records — every lead, every interaction, next step noted
- Book discovery calls for the senior sales team and prep call briefs
- Hit weekly activity targets: outreach sent, responses generated, demos booked
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years in sales, BDR, business development, or any client-facing role
- Strong written English — your outreach needs to get replies, not deleted
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection without losing energy
- Obsessive about research — you don't send a message without knowing your prospect
- Fast learner who doesn't wait to be told what to do next
- Prior internship or freelance work in SaaS/B2B sales is a plus — not required
