We are looking for a passionate and experienced Advanced Excel Trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality classroom training.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom training on Advanced Excel concepts to students and working professionals.
- Teach Excel from beginner to advanced levels with practical examples and assignments.
- Create and update training materials, exercises, case studies, and practice datasets.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and assess student progress.
- Provide real-world business use cases and project-based learning.
- Support students with interview preparation and industry best practices.
- Maintain attendance records and training reports.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Advanced Formulas and Functions
- Lookup Functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH)
- Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Dashboards and MIS Reporting
- Power Query
- Data Cleaning and Transformation
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Prior training or teaching experience preferred.
Good to Have
- SQL knowledge
- Python knowledge
- Power BI knowledge
- Data Analytics concepts and industry experience
- Experience working on real-world analytics projects
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Advanced Excel training or relevant industry experience.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Important Note
- Candidate must be willing to work from our Laxmi Nagar training center.
- This is a completely offline role; remote or hybrid work is not available.
- Availability on weekdays is mandatory.
