Role Purpose
This leadership role will shape how consumers perceive, experience and remember ESTRIP. The Head – Brand, Communications & Consumer Experience will own brand strategy, product launch communication, packaging, content, PR, influencer marketing, corporate communications and the end-to-end consumer brand experience across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
· Define and evolve ESTRIP's brand positioning, architecture, voice and messaging.
· Lead communication strategy for all product launches including naming, positioning, claims hierarchy, storytelling and GTM communication.
· Own packaging communication including front/back-of-pack messaging, icons, usage instructions and sustainability claims.
· Develop integrated content strategy across website, social media, marketplaces, blogs, email and offline channels.
· Provide creative direction for campaigns, videos, photography, brochures, POSM, exhibitions and presentations.
· Own website storytelling, landing pages and overall digital brand experience.
· Build influencer, creator and ambassador programmes including UGC and affiliate initiatives.
· Lead PR, founder branding, media relations, award submissions and corporate communication.
· Drive customer education through how-to content, sustainability education and category awareness.
· Lead consumer research, competitor benchmarking and market insights.
· Plan and execute exhibitions, brand activations and corporate events.
· Manage creative, PR, influencer and production agencies while building an internal brand team.
· Collaborate closely with Growth, Sales, R&D, Product Development, Manufacturing and Customer Support.
· Operate with a founder's mindset and continuously strengthen long-term brand equity.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's/master’s degree in marketing, Branding, Communications or related discipline.
· 10–15 years of experience in FMCG, D2C, lifestyle or consumer brands.
· Strong experience in brand strategy, content, packaging, PR and integrated marketing.
· Excellent storytelling, copywriting and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
· Working knowledge of AI-enabled creative and productivity tools is desirable.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
