Job Title: SAP Trainer

About the Role
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced SAP Trainer to deliver high-quality classroom and online training across SAP functional and technical modules. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on industry experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring students and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for curriculum development, practical demonstrations, project guidance, and preparing learners for SAP certifications and industry careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training on SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, ABAP, BASIS, S/4HANA, Fiori, or BTP based on expertise.
- Conduct practical hands-on sessions using real-time business scenarios and industry use cases.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, assignments, case studies, and lab exercises.
- Guide learners in capstone projects, certification preparation, and interview readiness.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, assignments, and mock interviews.
- Provide technical support and mentoring to learners throughout the training lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, releases, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance curriculum quality and training effectiveness.
- Maintain high learner engagement and ensure excellent training feedback.
- Support placement activities by conducting technical interview preparation sessions.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in one or more SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, ABAP, BASIS, S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in SAP implementation, configuration, customization, or support projects.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex SAP concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience delivering classroom, virtual, and corporate training.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with SAP certification paths and industry best practices.
