We're looking for a motivated HR & Operations Executive to join our growing team at Tellzee, a companionship and video-consultation platform.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and onboarding Consultants/Hosts for the platform
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Managing consultant documentation and records
- Coordinating daily operations and consultant schedules
- Monitoring consultant performance and engagement
- Supporting platform growth and operational activities
Requirements
- Experience: 0–3 years
- Location: Remote (Work from Home)
- Fluent in Malayalam and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently
