Position: Tally Solution Consultant

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tally Solution Consultant to drive sales of TallyPrime and related business solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and building long-term client relationships. You will also identify opportunities to cross-sell complementary IT and cloud solutions offered by U-Core Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, digital channels, and networking.
- Promote and sell TallyPrime (Silver & Gold) licenses.
- Drive TSS (Tally Software Services) renewals.
- Sell Tally AMC and Tally on Cloud solutions.
- Understand customer business processes and recommend the right Tally solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closure.
- Coordinate with the technical team for implementation, migration, and customer onboarding.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell:
- Tally Customization & Integration
- Data Migration
- Microsoft 365
- Google Workspace
- Cloud Infrastructure
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Cyber Security Solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in ERP, software, SaaS, or IT solution sales.
- Knowledge of TallyPrime is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and demonstrations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in selling Tally or ERP solutions.
- Basic understanding of accounting and GST concepts.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn new technologies.
