Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (Service)
Location: Kumbakonam – Citroën
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome (Telecalling experience preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders and appointment scheduling.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle service to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and coordinate with the service team for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update follow-up details in the system.
- Promote service campaigns, AMC packages, and other value-added services.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure smooth customer communication.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to improve retention.
- Achieve daily call targets and maintain service quality standards.
Requirements
- Any Graduate (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling/customer service will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) and data entry skills.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
