Job Opening: Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Bhubaneswar, Phulnakhara , Near Sum hospital campus -2, Above Hdfc bank 2nd floor .
Experience Required: 3–4 years in Real Estate Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Drive property sales through client acquisition and relationship management.
- Present and promote residential & commercial projects to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate deals and close transactions to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain strong market knowledge and competitor insights.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client trust.
Requirements
- Proven 3–4 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
