Jaypore Homes is a fast-growing real estate company helping buyers and investors make informed property decisions in Jaipur. We are looking for an energetic and responsible team member who can handle customer inquiries, manage social media conversations, and maintain lead data.
Responsibilities
- Reply to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media inquiries
- Communicate with potential customers and understand their requirements
- Handle incoming calls on the company phone number
- Collect and verify customer details
- Update and maintain lead records in Zoho CRM
- Assign leads to the sales team and coordinate follow-ups
- Ensure all customer conversations and lead data are properly recorded
- Support the marketing and sales teams in day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
- Comfortable talking to customers on calls and messages
- Basic computer skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
