Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective fixes.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Monitor system alerts and logs to detect potential issues before they impact business operations.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of application updates and patches.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment on Amazon Web Services.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and incident management within cloud environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline support tasks.
- Ability to analyze logs and performance metrics to troubleshoot application issues.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud platforms.
