Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for operating machines, maintaining production quality, and ensuring smooth workflow on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Operate production machines efficiently to meet daily targets
- Setup & Adjustment: Set up machines and make basic adjustments as required
- Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintenance: Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Inspection: Conduct routine checks before and during operations
- Record Keeping: Maintain production logs and report issues
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety rules and company policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma (preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years in manufacturing or factory environment
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of machine operations
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work in shifts and factory conditions
- Soft Skills: Discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
