- Supervise daily site activities and monitor project progress.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site labor.
- Monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Verify material requirements, monitor inventory, and minimize material wastage.
- Check work quality and ensure defects are rectified promptly.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and progress updates.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients regarding site execution.
- Resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
- Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Assist in project handover by completing snag lists and final inspections.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
