Qualification
B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience
· Minimum 1+ years of experience in Technical Support, Sales Engineering, or a similar role, preferably in the steel or construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide technical support to dealers, distributors, customers, and the sales team regarding the company's steel products and applications.
· Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
· Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, inspect site conditions, and offer technical guidance for product applications.
· Assist the Sales Team in preparing technical proposals, product recommendations, quantity estimations, and project-related documentation.
· Address customer and dealer technical queries by coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
· Support pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, consultants, and project customers.
· Prepare technical reports, site visit reports, and maintain project documentation.
· Stay updated on industry trends, construction practices, and company products to provide effective technical support.
Required Skills
· Good knowledge of civil engineering concepts and construction materials.
· Understanding of steel products and their applications is preferred.
· Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong coordination, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
· Willingness to travel for site visits and customer meetings.
