About the Role:We’re looking for a Purchase Executive to support our procurement team in managing day-to-day purchasing activities. The role requires experience in handling capital goods, vendor coordination, and exposure to import/export processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Purchase Orders based on project needs
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely order confirmations and deliveries
- Coordinate with finance for vendor payments
- Support the project and design teams by sourcing the right equipment as per specifications
- Track delivery schedules and manage documentation for imports
- Maintain vendor data, pricing, and purchase records
What We’re Looking For:
- Academic background in Engineering/Supply Chain
- Basic understanding of import/export procedures
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, or similar software
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with EPC or turnkey project environments is a plus
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, or Engineering
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
