Hiring – Site Supervisor
MK Cleanroom Project Pvt. Ltd. (MKCRP) is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our project execution team.
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Project Sites as Assigned)
Experience: Minimum 1+ Year (Mandatory)
Industry Preference: Cleanroom, HVAC, Turnkey Projects, Pharma, Industrial Projects
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce
✅ Monitor installation and execution of Cleanroom & Turnkey Projects
✅ Coordinate with contractors, vendors and project teams
✅ Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications and timelines
✅ Maintain site progress reports and daily work records
✅ Monitor material usage and site inventory requirements
✅ Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at site
✅ Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the Head Office
Required Skills:
✔ Experience in Cleanroom, HVAC or Turnkey Project Execution
✔ Ability to read engineering drawings and layouts
✔ Good communication and team coordination skills
✔ Knowledge of site measurements and project documentation
✔ Willingness to travel and work at project locations
Preferred Candidate:
- 1–3 Years of relevant site execution experience
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Civil or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving and site management skills
- Ability to handle site activities independently
Candidates with experience in Cleanroom, HVAC, Pharma or Industrial Turnkey Projects will be given preference.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
