Arcraft Infotech is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Python cum Data Analytics Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Python programming and Data Analytics tools, along with excellent teaching and mentoring skills. The trainer will be responsible for conducting practical sessions, guiding live projects, and preparing students for industry requirements and placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions on Python Programming and Data Analytics.
- Design and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Train students in core Python concepts including data structures, object-oriented programming (OOP), file handling, exception handling, modules, packages, and APIs.
- Conduct Data Analytics training using Advanced Excel, SQL, Python for Data Analysis, Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization techniques.
- Teach Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Scikit-learn (basic machine learning concepts preferred).
- Guide students through hands-on projects, case studies, and real-world business scenarios.
- Assist students in completing capstone projects and preparing project documentation.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, quizzes, and mock interviews.
- Provide career guidance, resume-building support, and interview preparation.
- Keep course content updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with the placement team to ensure students are industry-ready.
- Maintain attendance records, student progress reports, and training documentation.
- Support curriculum development and continuously improve training methodologies.
- Encourage interactive learning and maintain a positive classroom environment.

- 0–2 years of experience as a Python Trainer, Data Analytics Trainer, or Technical Trainer.
- Candidates with industry experience in Data Analytics or Software Development will be preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional technical knowledge and teaching ability may also be considered.
