Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:
* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max)
* LinkedIn Ads
* YouTube Ads
* Other relevant paid media platforms
* Generate high-quality leads while maintaining low Cost Per Lead (CPL).
* Scale profitable campaigns with consistent ROAS.
* Conduct audience research, lookalike audience creation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
* Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and targeting.
* Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
* Collaborate with the creative team for high-converting ad creatives and videos.
* Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
* Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
