- Plan, organize, and oversee daily jewellery production activities.
- Ensure timely manufacturing of jewellery as per design specifications and quality standards.
- Manage production teams including craftsmen, setters, polishers, and QC staff.
- Monitor workflow to optimize productivity and reduce wastage of gold, diamonds, and gemstones.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain strict quality control and finishing standards.
- Handle inventory control of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and company policies.
