We are looking for a detail-oriented, accurate, and responsible Data Entry Operator Intern who can handle structured and repetitive data-entry work while maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Enter, verify, and organize company data accurately
- Cross-check entries with source documents
- Maintain proper file naming, documentation, and records
- Follow prescribed formats, templates, and instructions
- Identify missing information or discrepancies and report them promptly
- Work with MS Excel / Google Sheets for data-entry and basic data-handling tasks
- Complete assigned daily workloads within defined timelines
- Maintain confidentiality and data security
- Work independently on routine assignments while meeting daily targets
Who Can Apply?
- Detail-oriented candidates with strong focus and accuracy
- Basic computer and MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Good typing and data-handling skills
- Comfortable with repetitive and structured work
- Disciplined, responsible, and target-oriented
- Comfortable working on-site from Nirman Nagar, Jaipur
- Candidates with prior Data Entry Operator experience are preferred
