Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to drive sales of construction chemicals and building solutions such as waterproofing, epoxy flooring, tile adhesive, and related products. The candidate should have strong sales skills and experience in field sales. Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and market outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, dealers, architects, and other customers.
- Promote company products and explain their features and benefits to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Resolve customer queries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales.
- Experience in construction chemicals, building materials, paints, hardware, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from other industries with strong field sales experience are also encouraged to apply.

- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Construction industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidate must have a proven track record in field sales and target achievement.
- Energetic, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Note: Candidates with experience in Construction Chemicals (Waterproofing, Epoxy, Tile Adhesive, etc.) will be preferred. However, candidates from any industry with strong field sales experience and excellent selling skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
