Job Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the resort.
- Supervise and allocate work to resort staff.
- Monitor staff attendance and process payroll.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all resort operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors and handle operational requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality management.
- Experience in team handling and payroll processing.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Must be willing to stay and work at the resort.
