Qualification & Work Experience-
- Any Graduate / MBA / BBA preferred
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, Portal Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition
- Experience in lead generation, client handling, sales presentations, and closures preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills required
- Candidates with Tele calling, SaaS, Digital Marketing, or Corporate Sales background may also apply
Job Description-
The Business Development Associate (BDA) will be responsible for generating business opportunities, promoting portal-based services, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate should be target-oriented with a passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities-
- Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, references, and online platforms
- Promote and sell Bizzporto portal services to business clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for on boarding and client support
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and MIS records
Required Skills-
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities
- Good presentation and client handling skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Basic computer, CRM, and email communication knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
