Job Summary:
Walnut School is hiring a detail-oriented and efficient MS Office Operator to support the content team in creating high-quality academic materials. The primary responsibility is to develop accurate, well-structured, and visually clear PowerPoint presentations based on content provided by the academic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the content team to convert raw academic material into polished PowerPoint presentations
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all deliverables
Format content in a structured, visually appealing, and easy-to-understand manner
Maintain standard templates, fonts, and design guidelines
Handle documentation and data organization tasks using MS Word and MS Excel
Review and proofread all work to eliminate errors before submission
Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines efficiently
Required Skills and Technical Expertise
PowerPoint:
Slide Master and template handling for consistent design
Strong formatting skills (fonts, layouts, alignment, spacing)
Use of SmartArt, tables, and charts
Image placement and visual structuring for clarity
Basic to advanced animations and transitions (clean, purposeful, and not excessive)
Use of custom templates and Morph transition for smooth visual flow
Excel:
Data entry and structured formatting
Basic formulas (SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, IF)
Sorting, filtering, and organizing datasets
Conditional formatting
Creating simple charts and tables
Basic use of Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
MS Word:
Document formatting (fonts, spacing, alignment, styles)
Creating and managing headings and structured documents
Use of tables, bullets, and numbering
Page layout settings (margins, orientation, sections)
Basic proofreading and editing tools
Additional Requirement:
Fast and efficient keyboard usage is essential
