Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sr. SEO Specialist with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience. In addition to experience with specific SEO related activities, you should also be able to bring strategic vision to implement overall digital plans so as to improve online visibility and website footfalls.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Work on all aspects of on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, content analysis, competitor analysis. Experience on website analysis, monitor and report on website errors and metrics using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
2. Should have executed advanced tools for SEO research & analysis preferably (MOZ, SEMrush, Ahref etc). Should know latest google algo updates.
3. Well versed with on-page activities such as content creation & amplification, CTAs, meta tag optimization, inter linking, keyword and LSI optimization, Duplicate content checks, Sitemap (HTML & XML), Image optimization and robots creations, URL Structure, Internal Linking, site speed check etc.
4. Hands-on experience in carrying out in-depth SEO audits which highlights the website issues with indexation and ranking while providing optimal solutions to rectify the same.
5. Execute off-page activities such as backlink outreach, anchor text optimization, content syndication, link juice sculpting, backlink clean-up, proper follow/no-follow distribution and should create in detail tracking and reporting.
6. Content Analysis - Reviewing the content, Special focus on checking for keyword density, keyword prominence and proximity
7. Possess in-depth knowledge with regards to website design, UI optimization, landing page creation and CTA placements.
8. Work and strategize PPC/paid campaigns, including selection of keyword to be bid on, ad copy creation, site-link usage, bid management and on-going optimization.
9. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
10. Research, Design, Development, Promotion of organizations micro-sites /websites.
11. Should be able to create, edit and publish the content for Social Media Marketing
Good-To-Have Skills:
1. The clear understanding of modern digital marketing tactics, tools, processes, and best practices.
2. Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS (Magento) environments.
3. Basic knowledge of HTML editing, graphics designs using Photoshop (Added Advantage)
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications and Professional Skills:
1. Minimum of 3 to 6 Years of Hands-On SEO experience is a must preferably working on high traffic website.
2. Graduate / Post-Grad / Diploma in Marketing/SEO.
3. AdWords, Google Analytics certification is a plus.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
