Experience: 6+ years
We are looking for experienced SAP PEO Consultants with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Engineering & Operations (PEO) and manufacturing processes.
Role Overview:
Design, configure, and implement SAP PEO solutions for complex manufacturing environments while ensuring seamless integration with engineering and production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA PEO solutions
Handle EBOM to MBOM conversion and production models
Integrate SAP PEO with PP, PPDS, QM, MES, and PLM systems
Work on Engineering Change Management (ECM) and Change Impact Analysis
Collaborate with business, engineering, and functional teams
Support testing, deployment, and user training activities
Required Skills:
Strong SAP PEO configuration experience
Expertise in manufacturing processes and digital thread concepts
Knowledge of PP, PPDS, PLM integrations, and shop floor operations
Experience with ECM and manufacturing execution processes
Exposure to tools like Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP ME/MII/DMC is a plus
