Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate salary and manage the offer process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Stay updated on current IT technologies and recruitment trends.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the IT recruitment process.
- Knowledge of job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, or Naukri.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
