Team Leader – Real Estate Sales
- Manage and guide the real estate sales team.
- Allocate leads to sales executives/telecallers.
- Monitor daily follow-ups and customer calls.
- Coordinate site visits with interested customers.
- Support the team in closing property sales.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Maintain daily sales reports and lead status.
- Motivate the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and basic negotiations.
- Ensure proper communication between customers, sales team, and management.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
