ob Summary
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Factory Workers to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production process, handling materials, operating machinery, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety and quality standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacturing and production of conveyor belts and rubber products.
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods.
- Operate basic production machinery and hand tools after proper training.
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions.
- Follow all company safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Pack finished products and prepare them for dispatch.
- Assist in routine maintenance and housekeeping activities.
- Perform other factory-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI (Preferred).
- 0–3 years of factory or production experience.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Physically fit and willing to perform manual work.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
