Role description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and delivery management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of projects, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across teams. The candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team coordination skills.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of overall experience with relevant experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Manager.
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile project environments.
- Hands-on experience in Agile Delivery Management and Sprint Planning.
- In-depth understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in project tracking and reporting using Agile tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution.
Preferred Skills
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Exposure to Agile transformation initiatives.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
