DTP Operator – Content Creation
Job Summary
The DTP Operator is responsible for designing, formatting, and publishing high-quality educational content for both print and digital platforms. The role involves creating visually appealing layouts, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering error-free, print-ready files within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and format books, worksheets, assessments.
- Create print-ready and digital-ready artwork.
- Edit images, illustrations, and graphics as required.
- Ensure consistency in fonts, layouts, colours, and branding.
- Coordinate with the Content, Academic, and Marketing teams to incorporate revisions.
- Proofread layouts and maintain quality standards.
- Manage design files, templates, and version control.
Technical Skill Set
- Adobe InDesign – Advanced
- Adobe Photoshop – Intermediate to Advanced
- Adobe Illustrator – Intermediate
- CorelDRAW – Intermediate
- Canva – Good working knowledge
- MS Word & PowerPoint – Advanced formatting
- PDF editing and pre-press file preparation
- Strong knowledge of typography, page layout, colour management, print production, and image editing
Qualification & Experience
- any graduate / Diploma/Degree in DTP, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in DTP, publishing, educational content.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
