Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and HR operations. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source and screen candidate profiles from various recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Employee Onboarding
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Support new employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HR files.
HR Operations
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Update employee databases and HR reports.
- Assist with payroll-related documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Ensure HR records are accurate and confidential.
Administrative Support
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates.
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
- Handle basic employee queries and HR documentation.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
