BulkCore Incorporation supplies industrial and agricultural packaging — FIBC bulk bags, BOPP and PP woven bags, container liners and mulching film — to businesses across Australia, manufactured at our Navsari, Gujarat facility and landed at every Australian port under the India–Australia ECTA trade agreement.
The role
You'll own our outbound sales engine end to end: finding the right Australian buyers, opening conversations on LinkedIn and email, building relationships, qualifying genuine demand, and moving deals toward a closed order alongside our Australia-based team. We already have a master list of ~490 target companies and product playbooks — you'll turn that list into a live pipeline.
What you'll do
Run LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator — connection strategy, messaging, follow-ups
Plan and send B2B email outreach campaigns and sequences
Generate and qualify leads from our existing prospect list and your own research
Build and maintain relationships with buyers across mining, agriculture, food, and industrial sectors
Track every lead in a CRM and move it through the pipeline to conversion
Work with the Australian team to close and hand over won accounts
You must have
2+ years in B2B business development, inside sales, or export/international sales
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold email outreach tools
Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be communicating directly with Australian businesses
A track record of generating your own leads, not just working inbound ones
Comfort working India hours with overlap into the Australian business day
Nice to have
Experience selling into Australia, New Zealand, the US, or UK markets
Background in packaging, manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural products
Familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
